I loved the vibe from the very first moment i walked into the studio. It's a beautiful space and a convenient location downtown (with parking!). The teachers all make everyone feel welcome - from beginners taking their very first yoga class to advanced yogis and everyone in between. I love that they are working to make yoga accessible and affordable too.
The most beautiful studio in Ogden! Gorgeous views and a very peaceful and relaxing space. All of the instructors very knowledgeable and welcoming to all levels of students. Very reasonable prices as well!

I tried an online class during social distancing and it was very smooth. I was able to connect easily, the instructor did a good job of telling me what I needed to have ready before we began, and it was a good workout.
A beautiful yoga studio with wonderful instructors, great classes and informative workshops. I love that you will also see them out of the studio and teaching at the Farmers Market, teaching Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga in the summer, and hosting yoga retreats.
