There was a newby answering the phone when I called to make an appointment and she messed up everything. I asked for a same date appointment with a specific stylist. She booked it for me but when I arrived she had me down for the next day. The stylist I had asked for was clearly not going to finish her current client anywhere near my appointment time, I finally told the receptionist I would like whichever stylist was available first. Luckily I was happy with the cut I received. I hope the receptionist does better the next time I call.

Haven't been here in quite a long time, but ran in today on a whim. Had my hair cut by Sheng, a very sweet, personable young lady. She did a wonderful job, I left very happy. I will go back again, and most certainly will ask for Sheng!
The hairdressers were friendly, even though limited numbers, due to regulations. My hair turned out great. Kristi did a great job.
Great service, and very kind staff. Helpful and knowledgeable, 5/5!
