Good customer service skills. Treat with drivers very well.
This place is run very efficiently. In and out in a timely manner. I was there during driver appreciation week and they were giving out free food, drinks, bags and many other goodies to all the drivers. Thank you for an awesome experience!!
Perfect example of what is wrong in the industry of warehousing. Staff treats truckers as lesser people. None of them have any idea regarding the rules and challenges forced on drivers. 9+ hours and still waiting to get loaded. Delivery is 6 hours away and I only have 9 hours until delivery appointment. Reefer is running at -10 for no reason while waiting. Adding to my companies do not haul list.

Do not load here very slow broker said load time 5 to 7 pm they said 9 am paid 150 fit in will not get loaded for 10 to 12. Hours stay away from this place
