The lady who works at chack in station with name SHARY or Sherry, i hope i said that right, she was so nice with the drivers. Easy check. At this place, people dont act with drive, like they are invisible.nVery nice place.

It took 5.5 hrs. 2 get in n out. I was on time 4 my appointment so I don't know what the problem was. Were they shorthanded. Nobody said anything about it. I lost alot of drive time here. That's why I don't like driving reefer.

11/7 HAS OVERNIGHT PARKING (make a right immediately after train tracks from road and you can park to the right of private road) arrived 12 hours early (11:39pm)ud83eudd1eud83cudffe(HERE FOR MCCAIN DELIVERY)...2nd truck in line to check in at 6:06am (check in is right after train tracks for McCain (Americold is to the right and across another set of train tracks) after check in pull on scale and walk paperwork to guard shack (inside) checked in finished at 6:37am. A WARNING FROM ROBERTA ROBERTS IS GIVEN THAT THEY MAY OR MAY NOT GET TO OT TODAY! ud83dude14Drop your trailer at the dirt lot (first left after guard shack) leave reefer running and YOU MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY. They will call you once they are finish I was told. Got a call at 10:48am SAME DAY LOL letting me know my trailer was ready. I didn't arrive to pick it up until 6:54pm. EXPLORING around the area lol. I was let in bobtail with no questions or stops. I picked my trailer up and noticed THEY TURNED MY REEFER OFF ud83eudd17ud83eudd73 NO FUEL WASTED! I pulled across the scale and got a ticket (you can ask for a copy of your bol as well) with no problem no questions of why I didn't come earlier or anything. I left out and I think the worst of it all is just the $100+ washout (no lights at night so be careful) but my broker paid that so 5 out of 5 for me. I hope everyone has my luck here as well.
