The kids that work here are pretty nice but they run out of french bread sometimes
Placed an order 30 minutes before they closed, waited an hour for it to be delivered, and then when I called them they had already closed and left for the night.
Stopped in today with our grandchildren and the order only had 5 subs. 4 of the 5 were wrong. When the customer has to repeat what the order is, I know that the listing skills are not important!! Freaky fast is not always a good thing!! Hearing is not the same as listening!! Seeing 2 people standing around in stead of finding work to do, speaks volumes. This is not the first time I've had this problem. We will never go back to the Stevens Point location, the Plover location is the complete opposite!! Piece of advice, LISTEN to your customers and not rushing an order!!
This is truly a great place! I was eating my sandwich and noticed a few guys take a phone order for delivery and have it essentially out the door before they hung up. All of the staff were happy and energetic, it makes me want to return.
The management seemed to treat the staff really badly. I wont visit again.
