So much mcdonald's
They are always super busy but yet they manage to get the orders out super speedy.
Worst customer service. Take forever every time and they never admit their wrong doings. Once had a manager get mad that she forgot we had a second order to pay with. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald’s. But it seems everytime we come through they are just rude and crabby. For a business you’d think they would hire better managers.
The bottom meat patty in the double quarter pounder was completely raw, there were no nuggies, and there were no straws, and have not gotten straws, for the past few times.
I have had good experiences with this McDonald's, but occasionally they drop the ball. So four stars max. I am writing on 11/16/2020 and they are closed. Have been closed for at least 2 dsys now. I suspect covid infection/s to blame. Call first before going and save yourself the hassle when you get there and they are closed.
