What a joke! How about if you are short staffed you tell the customer on the phone at the time of order? 30 minutes to not deliver a sandwich literally 1 mile away... Called to ask where it is and THAT is when I am informed that they are short staffed. I cancel the order because my lunch is now over and the guy hangs up on me. Super customer service 👌
I'm not sure what his name is, but the older gentleman who delivers is the sweetest! Plus this location always gets my orders right. Best Jimmy John's around!
Placed an order at the Drive in box and seriously ready to go by the time I got to the window. My wife and I were shocked. Great place to go grab food!
I had a 5 star review because there food is excellent. I have no problem with the food itself, but the quality of the workers have gone down dramatically. If you order a sub as on menu you will be fine, but do not alter it in any way shape or form. This only confuses the workers.
I absolutely love Jimmy Johns so when I got off my work shift as a Front line Health care worker, last night I was very excited to go pick up a sandwich to make my night a little bit better. I pulled into the drive through at 9:45 and no one took my order so I drove up to the window and a man was talking to a woman out the window she saw me and hurry and moved away. I asked the nice man if they closed early tonight because no one took my order and he said no we are open and then made a funny face and said hold on and walked into the back and came back to tell me that they were closing early that night. I was bummed and a bit mad to say the least.
