Pizza Hut

Ordered via phone and my order was answered by an answering service and the order was placed at the wrong location. Maurice was awesome in correcting the issue quickly! He cooked our order quickly and also resolved it with the call center so we did not get any charge for our order! He always has a great attitude and smile every time we go in and takes time to make sure the pizzas look and taste great!

I usually love the original crust. Crispy, deep, and kinda deep fried. From this store, it is like a frozen pizza crust. Not crispy, flat, just bread.

My orders get messed up almost every time and normally, management will make it right and even offer a little something extra for the inconvenience, but the last time, the manager told me "that's not my problem" and hung up on me. Also I was supposed to have had something under my name for a previous order that I never received and they told me that next time I came in, they would make it right and this same manager wouldn't even look it up. I used to be a very frequent customer here, spending a large amount of money, but I haven't been back since and they lost a very loyal customer.

I got fast and friendly service. I appreciate that the location is clean and has a drive up window to limit contact.
