I don’t really know why the ratings are so low, but I’m not going to shame people for having their own opinion. This car wash is fantastic! We upgraded our membership to the top wash and it does a fantastic job. I love all the LED lighting this wash has and I also love the free vacuums and air guns. Although this is a great car wash, it’s not perfect. The wash ripped off our antenna and the wash sometimes embeds dirt into the paint instead of washing it off. The radio still works without the antenna and the wash is still spectacular!
I rated them a 1 because 0 was not an option.My car antenna (shark fin type) was ripped off at this car wash. After talking with the acting manager he said it should be covered and repaired. He called the owner who said nope, power antenna are not covered. The manager said this has happened at this owners other car washes and I needed to call the Better Business Bureau or open a small claim against the owner. Poor customer service!!
Paid for the more expensive package that included tire/rim cleaning, however it didn't clean the rims. Brought this up with Les "the owner..." the big executive as he called himself that, told me that it's an express car wash. It's NOT going to clean everything. So, why pay for extras when it doesn't really clean you car properly!!! Poorly ran business... STAY AWAY! Go to MISTER CAR WASH instead, at least they care for you there!
Second time I've used this place and my car already ended up with a deep scratch in my driver's side door.
