Guy on phone wasn't helpful so I hung up, I just wanted advice on what to use to redo my boat floor.
This is absolutely the worst company to do business with. Gloria at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. I'm very surprised a company would put someone like that out to represent themselves. Tom, their head mechanic, couldn't tie his shoes let alone fix a boat. 65% of the issues still haven't been fixed.nnInitially we gave them a simple list of items that needed to be fix. We were assured it wouldn't be a problem. 1 year later the issues still weren't fixed. In fact, items on the tower were wrecked during installation. The trim controls also weren't properly installed.nnWhen I picked up our boat they claimed they weren't responsible for any of the issues that they caused and wouldn't give any explain as to why they couldn't fix simple issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAVING YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. This company is a shipwreck along with management. The breakdown is between upper management over promising and mechanics putting out shady half finished repairs.
They remade all of our boat cushions -- did a great job!
I called with some pontoon problems and they came out the same day and fixed it. Very pleased with service.
