Peaceful when you get away from 21st noise, didn't come across any other people, nice short loop walk that would be good for little ones. Edit: First review was left nearly 3 years ago. Since then it has become a camping site for the homeless, i no longer feel safe walking there alone.

Great place to walk the dog. Several trail options available and not too crowded. The trail goes around the pond in a loop, or you can follow it towards Fort Buenaventura to the left of the fork. There is a great picnic area and a few bridges farther along. Lots of birdwatching available along the river walk.

I could give more, and i could give less. There is a lot of vagrants that frequent the area because of the seclusion. It is very pretty and tonz of nature. The lake is pretty nasty (def don't eat the fish) Its not even quiet, because of the highway right next to it. The trail that connects and walks around the pond is real cool though. You get to see some pretty cool stuff.

Has a nice walking path by it and some benches. Waters gross cause its stale but thats OK 🤷‍♂️ sometimes there's trash, so if you go please be considerate! (:

This is a quasi private pond owned by some water ski company that tests out their product on the pond. Which means, no one can take any sort of floating vessel out onto the pond to have fun with or fish from. It's a nice place to jog or ride your bike. I believe it's a 4 mile paved path. The fishing is horrendous from the shore. Unless you're into catching 4 inch bluegill, don't waste your time. There are big fish jumping out in the middle of the lake but since we're not allowed to float out there you can't get to them. The whole thing is pretty unfortunate. It would be a gem of a place without the restrictions. Oh, and this pond was so polluted at one point that it was completely closed down for several years due to it being contaminated from the nearby landfill. I would not consider putting your body into that water. It's probably not legal anyhow.
