Fairly diverse selection, prices are reasonable when considering it's a local store. But management clearly is not taking the ongoing pandemic seriously. Mask use by employees is inconsistent and some more senior employees just don't wear one at all. Go to Aldi on the North end of town, the attitude towards mask wearing is much better
My daughter just moved to River Falls for school, we've been so happy to find a home town grocery store right near campus. Makes our biweekly shopping trips with her so easy. Nice selection, good prices, and very friendly staff each time we've visited.
We are in the middle of a severe outbreak of COVID-19, yet each time I have been in the store over the last two weeks, some employees have not been wearing masks. A masked checker Sunday evening had five patrons waiting in line while the unmasked one had none. Last week I saw a young couple leave their items near the checkout and leave because the only checker was unmasked, and they stated clearly that they would not shop there with such careless employees. Is this the way to run a conscientious business? I am well aware of the store owner’s conservative politics, but his family should not put the community at risk. Shop at Family Fresh if you want to be safe.
Best grocery store in town, always friendly helpful staff. Much better experience than any I’ve had at Family Fresh.
