If you are just getting sandwiches, they are great. Add any extras and don't count on them. I have paid for kickin ranch too many times and never got about 50 percent of them. Today it was cookies, I ordered 3 and received one.

My kids love Jimmy Johns, so I gave it multiple tries. Very rarely is the entire order correct. Last time I provided feedback online I received a gift card to come back. I ordered online for pick-up again last week and again, part of the order is wrong. How is it that when you have a ticket or a screen right there you consistently miss what item to exclude, to cut in half, etc? I see from the reviews this is a persistent issue. I received a call from Tim today saying he was calling for this location (unsure if owner or what). He said due to COVID they have had high turnover. I can understand that for this time. Is turnover so high that this remains a persistent issue with this store? I feel sorry for the owner and manager if you're letting that staff run you into numerous bad reviews. We'll try other Jimmy John's locations.

Took nearly an hour to arrive, had to call to make sure it was actually coming. No call or anything when it arrived, I just checked constantly until it was magically there. Sandwich bread was soggy and gross. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and quality of service. Definitely not freaky fast :(

Seriously, your open two more hours and out of French bread. This location is hit or miss with service

I've lived in this area for 5 years. And I'm pretty sure my sub from this location has never arrived correct. We've also had them deliver NEW subs and they were STILL wrong. I don't know what they're doing over there, maybe teach them to read? Disappointed time after time after time. Train your employees or just freaking closeud83dudc4e
