Something happened to this place. 1. Our Delta faucet is not working well in less than a year. 2. They are having us deal with Delta rather than with them for the warranty. 3. Customer service was rude on the phone. 4. They say they stand behind their products, but they just send you to Delta when there is a problem. There was another big issue in the past, but I am not going to mention it here because I don't know and can't remember all of all the details. That issue made me believe they are greedy. Don't think of this place as a small town, River Falls-friendly service. They seem very greedy and unhelpful. We are done using them.
Orv came to check on our non working furnace. In 10 minutes he fixed it with a small part! He was so knowledgeable, kind and we will be a return customer for sure. Thanks Orv!!!
Paul Steiner and his team successfully completed a large and complicated plumbing project for us. Five years on we’ve had not a single issue. Honest and forthright, I would recommend engaging Steiner for any project.
We just went solar with Energy Concepts!!nnThey are long time partners with Steiner Plumbing, Electric, Heating inc. who did an amazing job installing our 32 Panasonic HIT 325 kWh panels for us while also upgrading our electrical to underground service. I highly recommend working with Craig Tarr at Energy Concepts and Matt Steiner at Steiner Electric!nnOur new solar array produces about 1 1/2 times the amount of electricity we consume! So no more electric bill! And in 2 months our system has already offset the equivalent of 5,026.79 lb of CO2 emissions or 126.61 trees planted.
Did my diligence and called 811-Dig (a free service). They sent our Steiner. Steiner completely missed a shallow dug cable in the middle of my yard and billed me $200 for the visit.
