Jesse is fantastic. Quick. Efficient. Articulate. Friendly. Extremely courteous and incredibly easy to talk to. This is the second time I’ve been matched with a service technician that is knowledgeable and friendly. Like a “good guy” sense! I appreciate his knowledge and in-depth explanation— and we’ll be certain to call back for our breaker panel needs. I can’t say enough things about the positive nature to this review. Jesse was on time, safe, professional and since I am a customer of (ahem)a certain age I appreciated how safe and friendly Jesse was. The job was difficult and yet he completed it perfectly. Technician arrived in a timely manner even though it was later in the evening. Diagnosed electrical issues we were having in our kitchen which turned out to be most likely a faulty switch. Although the call was a bit on the expensive side, Mr. Vang was extremely professional and answered any question I came up with. He also took the time to look at the electric panel. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed into a particular service/repair option. Given the respectful nature and professionalism exhibited by Mr. Vang I was more than happy to pay the service fee for the peace of mind he left myself and my family with. I will definitely go back to this company for any future issues and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This appointment was for my annual electrical inspection. Mark was very professional. All the switches and accessible outlets were tested as well as an inspection of the electrical panel and smoke detectors. Mark made some recommendations and provided written estimates. A great experience overall.
