I am a serious coffee enthusiast, roasting beans in a Freshroast 500 and then over coals in an antique, hand-cranked roaster. Just a few roasters impress me. I discovered a whole new level of coffee roasting at Highland Hollow. John has honed his craft beyond anyone I've met. Highly recommend! I love the fact that he gets it all done with an antique Royal #5 roaster.
