I have ordered here several times in the past years. And within the last couple months they have gotten so bad I refuse to go back now. They didn’t tell me a price then when it was delivered was not the same price as I have always paid was more. There staff has gotten so rude that’s it’s disappointing in this town. We deserve better then this with few places left to order from.
Absolutely horrible service over the phone, i feel that if you are that unhappy get a new job. Poor communication between staff and delivery people. Missing items ,or leaving items out of your meal when they have probably ran out of something ,but they wont let you know. Food isn't too bad,but attitude changes along with communication issues need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!!! Your poor reputation is definitely noticed by many people!
Every single time I order at this place it takes over an hour. I remember when it only took 30 minutes. Gotta step it up!!!
Terrible. The place is dirty and disorganized, the prices do NOT match up with what is advertised, they have messed up my order repeatedly and the owner made a point to tell us not to wear masks inside, maybe if he worried about his service and quality of product more than the mask mandate he wouldn't be losing a customer....
No answer close 2 close no exceptions business is business, make time 4 customer or fail
