Becky and Sean... thank you guys For having the absolute best customer service I have received in so long! With such a busy line you guys still kept everything as it should be and worth outstanding customer service. I was in need of that extra generosity today and you guys stepped up and did amazing. I will be recommending this Burger King and I will be returning. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over again!
So I order 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and 6 crisp tacos. I understand I came late at night however I didn't get my 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and I tried calling the establishment and it just rings and goes to a fax machine. I dont have food after work all evening. Thanks for nothing
Just went yesterday got my order very wrong . Went today got 2 burgers they forgot one..had to go back so waited in line again and asked to make sure it was made with only mayo and waited again received it and now I'm home it's still wrong! This is ridiculous to get two items and they forget one then to go back and only need one item and they get it wrong completely too! guess I'm lucky I got the bag because we got no straw no fry sauce and no napkins either and they were not busy ...thanks guys great job !
People serving were nice enough but they did a lot more messing around with each other than working, the floors had a lot of food on them and they used a piece of cardboard on the floor where they would set one type of frying basket which they moved out of the way with their foot a couple times.. i think if you have time to play and joke, you should at least be cought up on cleanliness.
But up side; they were nice and made a nice ice cream cone...
Will not go back to this place. Slow service. Unfriendly workers. Not as clean as it could of been. The person I was with wanted to go there. If it was up to me I would of left without eating there. Go in and right back out!
