Took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru and they still messed the order up. Would have been better off going to a dine in restaurant
Place needs to get it together had to go through the drive thru 3 times and they couldn't give me the correct food first time they couldn't get the amount of drinks correct they then left out two ten piece chicken nuggets third time they left out one of the ten piece chicken nuggets from having to go back through the second time. Should not of had to go through the drive thru that many times. I understand a mess up here and their but not three damn times in a row.
I have always had a good experience at McDonald's Ellsworth Wisconsin and I think the staff is actually really nice even when I brought change it to pay for my food.nWhen the pandemic is over I hope can sit in the lobby again.
If I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat! Beyond disappointed. Staff and managers want to argue about youre order when it is not correct. Its every time I come to this location something is always wrong with my order either not fresh or multiple items missing. Tonight was my last straw when i get my food every item in the bag was hard and cold. Im certified in health and food safety and am half tempted to call in to the state but hopefully corporate sees this first and takes care of it
