We moved here from Utah County and found very quickly that schooling is a little different around here. My daughter was used to going to the same school as her older brother for preschool where it was strictly a preschool and in their very own classroom. I found that the majority of preschools in Ogden are also day cares. The preschools consists of all ages of children with no real curriculum. Most of it is geared towards daycare. I see that working for some parents that need daycare and would like a little extra learning as well. But I have my daughter in preschool so I can prepare her for kindergarten. Kindergarten has gotten much more advanced since I was young and more demanding.
I absolutely love Cleo’s Cabin. Miss Amee Is so good with my daughter. My daughter loves going to school and never wants to leave when it’s time to go home. She has already learned so much in the past few weeks we have lived here. Miss Amee is very welcoming and educated. My kids will always go to Cleo’s Cabin now.
My son loves going to preschool here! Ms. Amee is a wonderful teacher.
