This daycare is terrible. My son hated it and cried almost everyday. The safety of the children was questionable at best. I was told at one point that someone had an ex husband that was violent and the door code needed to be changed but it never was. The teachers are terrible and rude. Classrooms were overcrowded and often unsupervised. They go through employees weekly. They constantly complained about my son to the point I cried when I'd get him with the overwhelming anxiety. The teachers would lie about my son and treat him terrible. I thought it was my son until I put him in a different daycare and he's doing amazing there. They enjoy him and say he's a great kid. The only 🌟 I have was for Bree. She's the best thing about the place.
We love the east ogden facility! It is a newly remodeled building and the staff is always working to keep it looking that way. Someone is always mopping, cleaning, vacuuming or whatever and it shows. The place is immaculate. That really is besides the point. The most important thing is that my children LOVE their school, and it is obvious that the staff loves them as well. My children are well taken care of, they are always bringing home art, great stories and smiles. The staff here are like family, and I am always happy to hear the report at the end of the day. We feel so very fortunate that this facility opened near our home, it is so stressful to find childcare you feel good about. This place was an instant fit. I couldn't be happier about Discovery clubhouse. Even when I pick my kids up in the afternoon, dinner smells amazing and I want to stay!
This is an amazing preschool/childcare center! They care so much for every child in their center as if they are their own.
DO NOT. I MEAN DO NOT!!!! TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE. ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE I WOULD NOT DOUBT ARE TRUE. I TALKED TO THEM ABOUT MY DAUGHTER AND WAS TOLD TO BRING HER EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM SHE WAS DIFFICULT THEY SAID THEY COULD HANDEL IT. THEY CALLED ME SAME DAY I PAIED THERE FEES AND EVERYTHING TO COME GET HER AND THEY WERE KICKING HER OUT. SHE IS 3. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS FINE BUT I NEEDED MY MONEY I JUST PAIED THEM THAT DAY BUT NOPE WOULD NOT REFUND ME LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PAYING IT. SO ALL PARENTS BE WARNED THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS. ONLY THE MONEY AND THE MONEY THE STATE BRINGS IS WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! we started out with small problems like my 1 yr olds clothes coming home stained with food EVERYDAY, to me being called at work to bring extra diapers (twice), and to a specific employee, constantly making smart comments about how my kids were dressed or how their hair was done, and then telling me my kids can't be there (twice). to today, my SIX YEAR OLD being forgotten at school to the point that he thought he had to walk to daycare. And I wasn't given a phone call till an hour and a half AFTER school got out. then, then blamed my child, with no apologies! Don't do It. they don't need to be caring for children!
