For this place the loading area is on W 28th Street not on W Doxet St even though the buildings are connected and do give that phone number a call to let them know that you are there so that they give you a door right away also to back up easily it is best to be facing the mountain ⛰ not the train tracks so go around. So yes cross that train track and head towards the left leaning road that looks like a dead end than two more left turn's.
The docks here are tight and look like they were designed for pups or box trucks not 53 footers, docks are actually inside the building. No parking if you want to show up early, you have to back off and stick halfway into the street, $140 lumper fee for them to offload THEIR freight! I still leave an ok rating because they honored the appointment time and got to work right away
