I would not use them i tried to pay a bill for a homless friend on the 31 they wanted 2 months rent get in to the unit even though it was to be cleared out on the 31 st beware of them !
Read ALL the fine print BEFORE you choose to rent storage with this company.
I called to try to let them know i was moving out and days later they responded by text saying that i had to email them with my notice and by the time they answered my voice message with the text it was conveniently after the date they require you to email them with your notice in order to get your deposit back.
I repeatedly tried calling them and they answered every voice mail with a text message in essence refusing to speak to me in person on the phone
So they tricked me out of getting my deposit back and then tried to tell me i owed a balance when rent had been paid in full for the month and i moved out several days before the end of the month
Worst storage company ive ever rented from there are several in the area that are of superior quality
Unless you like having your deposit stolen
We've worked with the manager here for more than 2 years and she's a consummate professional. Incredibly reliable and excellent communication. Highly recommend
We LOVE STOCK-N-LOCK! Janel is great to work with. She is friendly and makes sure you always stay up to date. They keep the facility really clean and well maintained. I love that we can pay our bill online too! We will never use a different storage company!
Well this isn’t my personal account but I’m not sure how I would feel about storing my stuff here after a body was found partially mummified in one of the units. :/
