The service through the drive-thru is fast. Last 2 visits, I've been getting bad food. Like it's been sitting around on the warmer. Chicken nuggets were like hockey pucks. Fries were dried out and cold. The first time I went through I got piping hot fries. I'm not coming back.
Just stopped in and was refused service for no mask!! Hey guess what you are breaking the law!!! ADA says you can not do that and could be find up to $25000. I cannot wear a mask and cannot go through drive through with a quad axle dump!! People are rude walking in and out of building with bags and not washing their hands!! But insist on a mask! Does this make sense?
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.Food wrong more than once at drive through.Always cold.Now they only take cc due to change shortage? Haven't been back in months.Never will go back.Horrible experience every time.Waaaay too many others to go to
I have lived in various regions around the world. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I have visited; more than half the time (any shift) the orders are wrong or missing items. Quality is not a priority. I will update whenever if ever it gets better.
