Been here a handful of times giving them the benefit of the doubt. Especially because I was so excited I didn’t have to drive from Port Washington to Grafton such kind people but the baristas need help! Extra training or something I’ve gotten a different drink each time all hot and they come to me tasting like water or milk..... and I always ask for extra espresso in all my drinks
This Starbucks has amazing people that make my day everyday. I’m very thankful for every barista there

I’ve given it several chances as I know this is a new Starbucks. I’ve yet to buy two coffees that are the same. I order the same drinks everyday.nI was excited that I didn’t have to drive from port Washington to Grafton to get my coffee, alas I will make the trip. Having to go back to have my drinks made twice is about the same distance.nTwice in a row the over 5 dollar coffee was terrible.nDon’t get me wrong , I love Starbucks and live my drink but someone should retrain the baristas, your white mochas are lacking. I’ve given up on this location.
