Asked for a quote for a critical issue on my car and 5 days later they still kept giving me excuses why they didn’t have a quote. Then told me they couldn’t even get me in for 3 weeks. Wish they would have told me that from the beginning. Not very impressed. SPS Tire Pros got me a quote within minutes and took my car the same day. Finished what was quoted to be 5 days without my car in less than 24 hours. I am so impressed. They really care!

I took my truck to Grant's yesterday for the first time because I had license plate light that refused to work when I tried to change the bulb. When I went to pick it up, they explained that the problem had been a little dab of solder on the bulb that was in the wrong place. So they simply hit it with a torch to melt the solder and were able to stick it into the socket. NO CHARGE. I"m older, and the bulb was located in a place where I simply could not get my eyes to focus to see what I was doing. I expected to pay a bunch for this because it may have been necessary to disassemble the inside of the rear door on the van. I refuse to use repair shops at any of the big auto dealers because of past experiences. I try to have all my repair work done by independent mechanics. My previous mechanic had retired and Grant's was recommended by a good friend. She was right. THEY ARE GREAT. And judging from other comments here, she and I aren't the only ones who think that.

Absolutely steller people, who do nothing but their best. I have taken my truck in to them many times and they have taken care of every problem. They even take some time to explain to me the problem and how it works and what they did to fix it. Great people, great service, great price.
