I switched to a few years CVS and have been so happy with the change. The whole pharmacy staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Muhammad, one of the pharmacists, always says Hi when he sees me in the drive thru and makes sure my meds are good to go. They have been busier as they are doing Covid testing, but the rare wait time on the drive thru is worth it.
Melissa the Pharmacist was very helpful when I had a problem with a prescription at another CVS that was closed the last two days. She kept me updated and took care of all necessary transfer actions. Updating me each day and making efforts to solve it. I really appreciated her professional help, positive attitude, knowledge and suggestions. Excellent service. I would highly recommend her as an outstanding employee that will go the extra mile to take care of CVS customers at the pharmacy.
Dropped new prescription off one day and said I would be in the next day to pick it up. Somehow got misplaced and have to go back again. Live almost 20 minutes away. Then drive thru pick up was closed because they do covid screenings there and had to clean. Was I exposed when I dropped off scripts?
Rude, uncouth, and judmental people in the Pharmacy. The rest of the store have great attitudes.
Never had issues here except for them calling once in a while to let me know a prescription is ready when really it isn't. Jim is my favorite Pharmacy team member there.
