Whoever was working at 6pm on Thursday November 19th made the best McDonalds food of my life. The presentation looked exactly like the advertisements: picture perfect.
Just ok. The online orders are speedy now which is good. But the order isn't always right, and many times the egg sandwiches have egg shell in them.
I get MCD's like once a month but every time I come here they always mess up or forget something on my order. I gave them another chance since they gave me a bogo free coupon when they messed up my order from last time. Just came home to find my Filet-o-Fish didn't have any tartar sauce and fries have no salt. I was the only customer there. Going to avoid this location from now on. I've lived in MKE all my life and never had such lame service at any other location.
I know this is a Mcdonalds and expectations for customer service isnt held at the highest standards. But i just ordered two Filet o Fish..while i was waiting 6ft in front of me i can here the staff questioning if they should serve the already made filets as they are not sure if they are still good. And finally one said they are fine. I left the store..then came back for a fiull refund. It will be hard to ever come back here..
Much better McDonald's than one in Mequon. French fries were really fresh and hot. Drive through went fairly quick.
