My husband went through the drive through and ordered for me a McDouble with ketchup and mayo only. The wrapper was labeled correctly, so we thought it was right. However, when we opened the wrapper, it was a cheeseburger with ketchup mustard onion and pickle. Definitely NOT what was ordered and NOT what was on the wrapper. Very disappointing!

My family and I went through the drive thru and ordered fresh fries and nuggets. We asked for sweet & sour sauce when ordering. When we got our food, we checked to make sure everything was in the bag. The fries were not fresh but we let it go but asked for the sweet and sour we did not receive. When we asked, the man kindly went to get it and his other coworker said he put it in the bag. We then got the sauce and he said “you know how it is, they just want extra.” Not very polite for customer service. If we wanted extra, we would’ve ordered extra. :)

Very nice experience. I got freshly made awesome fries and mocha. Mine was a walkin order. The girl who took my order, she herself made my drink and the fries too..Great job. Dine in is currently closed due to Covid, and that's perfectly fine with me, as I was traveling anyways.

I went through the drive through the only thing they heard in my order was chicken nuggets. I repeated my order and when I got home the only thing missing was the nuggets. I called and drove all the way back and no sorry just received an order of what ended up being burned nuggets. Even though they are the closest I will never return. They also do not salt there fries.

This McDonald's is not good at all. I walked in and there was one person in front of me who ordered. I then ordered my meal which was only a frozen Fanta which they didn't have, small fries, and 6 piece nugget. I was waiting there for at least 20 minutes and these workers are just sitting around a talking about their snapchat stories.very disappointed. They didn't even have my frozen Fanta. I mean I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE! How hard it is to scoop old fries in a bag! The food was not good for the 20 min wait. Never coming to this McDonald's again.
