Tried to have my son's birthday party here. I called 2 times and physically went in discuss my requests and pricing for the party. I asked to reserve 3 tables and 4 lanes, asked about pricing and packages, they did NOT make it clear what was all included in each birthday package beforehand. I was told everything would be under control and they would give me a deal and work out the pricing the day of. Nothing I asked for was communicated to other employees, they didn't even know what time we were coming in! The tables were not reserved, lanes were all filled with other bowlers, so we had to wait, pricing was OUTRAGEOUS. They completely screwed us over.

Great atmosphere as well as fast and friendly service... Their is also a restaurant... Ideal location to go on a date... I highly recommend going here when in New London

It's a good bowling alley, beer was cold, pool and darts was fun too.

Clean, friendly staff.

They have some good pizza.
