Very poor website design. Confusing to use. Almost unusable really. To navigate through it is difficult. There are other sites that are more user friendly.
Ordered an item and no email no nothing but they sure charged my card
Ordered a roof for my Yamaha Rhino. Got it 4 days later. This particular roof takes 4 mounting brackets. Opened up the box there were only 2. Contacted customer service. The lady I talked to was very helpful. Had my other 2 brackets in a couple of days. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this company.
Bought a $280 bumper from them, took way longer to ship then they said, and when I got it was damaged and missing hardware. Sent it back, still haven't refunded me or sent a replacement. I've emailed and called with no response.
When i bougth my item, the website allowed me to ship it in Canada. Unfortuanly they were unable, it was a mistake on their shipping management system. So I got a refund, but with the excahnge rate change by the time, I got a refunded less then I paid. I wrote them two emails, but they never replied. So be careful with them, look like if you get a problem with your item, you won't be able to reach them
