Everyone at Black-Haak is extremely professional and very personable. Scheduling of services is on your schedule, not theirs. Their communication is superior to any service I have ever had. I love the pre-service notifications. They let you know when a technician is on the way and who will be at your door. I have had a major repair, an estimate for new ducting, a scheduled routine maintenance, and an install all done in the past few months and every employee exceeded my high expectations. I have been impressed with each technician that has been out but I have to point out Dan E. Very polite, professional and just very personable. A real down to earth guy. Excellent customer service and we had great conversation. I probably took more of his time than I should have as we got into some lengthy conversation. My apologies for taking up his time.nBlack-Haak’s prices are well within industry standards and I’d say very reasonable.nI’ve had other HVAC services do installs and maintenance and honestly I was not impressed. Black-Haak is far superior to those other companies.nI will continue to work with Black-Haak because of the superior quality, excellent customer service and absolute ease of scheduling.nI highly recommend Black-Haak services.

Gary did a great job cleaning my furnace and assessing it condition then reviewing with me the condition and additional service required to keep this 20 year old unit going. Also discussed Benefits of full replacement verses risk of keeping system going. Nice job.

Just a general check over to make sure everything was functioning properly, and discovered a part under warranty that needed to be replaced. since the original unit was installed by them as well, it would just be warranty work. We appreciate you finding this when you did, as it could have turned into something bigger later.

I came home to no heat, and based on other reviews called Black Haak. I got a call back from a technician promptly. When he came to look at the unit he showed me what my problem was but discovered that sooner rather then later we would need a new furnace . Everyone was really informative, and gave us time to make the best choice. I never felt pressured. We ultimately decided to replace it because they could install the same day. Everyone we dealt with in our home and over the phone was friendly and helpful. My big thing is service, my little one definitely wanted to watch and talk to everyone and they all were super nice to him. Never acted annoyed or like he was a bother. I definitely will use them for anything in the future I need!
