Waitress did not check on our table or offer refills on our drinks. Food was good. Just need to improve on customer service. Not sure if we will stop again.

The waitress, Jenny, was courteous and attentive without being annoying. Equally, it was observed that she did serious cleaning of the tables and booths after guests left them.nnSeating is separated every other booth, and they insist on everyone wearing a face mask due to the COVID-19 issues as I write this. Once seated those can be removed. The waitress keeps hers on.nnA few large TV'S are easy seen and heard at the tables, a little more difficult if sitting at the booths.nnI have pictures of the area, menu and two food dishes. The food arrives hot! And with respect to the shrimp stir fry, the shrimp is still in its hard shell so be careful. Otherwise it was delicious. While the meatloaf lacks any strong flavor and could be of value if you have digestive issues where spices is an issue.nThe have Pepsi products for drinks.nnEnjoy.

Wearing a mask is a mandate... Not a law. I appreciate that you have the right to make decisions for your establishment. After being told we wouldn't be seated unless we wore a mask we covered our mouths to walk 10 feet at which point we kept them off the entire meal. They did not social distance the tables so everyone in the establishment was sitting closer than 6 feet apart without masks. On top of that my meal was the last one to come out when I wasn't close to being the last person that ordered and someone else at my table had the same meal. The meal felt combative and the rules they decided to enforce made no sense. We will not be back.

I have loved their breakfast food for years. Now not so much. We were immediately met at the door that we couldn’t come in without a mask, but yet when I sit down in less than 3 feet I can take it off. Makes zero sense at all. They changed the skillet to not have hash browns, they charge you per soda without letting you, the service was terrible, and then they charged us incorrectly. $49.70 for three people to have eggs!?! You have got to be kidding me! Are we downtown Chicago? You have lost my business and I know times are hard, but you don’t get business by having and doing bad business. Never going back.
