Urban Air Adventure Park

Was so excited to go there with my wife and kids for a special day. Upon arriving i went to the desk and was assisted by and gentleman named nick. i call previously and talked to the manager (who was also very nice on the phone) so nick already had my information and was eager to assist me. Throughout the whole time we spent there he went above and far beyond making sure my family had a experience we would never forget. The other staff was very friendly as well. Thank you very much Nick for making this occasion super special! You are the best!!

Definitely deserves way less. Do not bring your kids here!! Was shocked to see Nick act so horrible towards the other employees and even guests. My family as well as a few other individuals had watched him scream at a very young girl staff member to the point she had tears in her eyes. She was by far the best staff member they have. And went out of her way to make sure everyone was having a blast! Am very disappointed in my decision to come here. Never would of thought i’d witnessed something so horrible.

Went there with my family and a few others. It was a bit pricey. I was also very ashamed and concerned when we witnessed a very friendly staff member get treated very awful by an older staff member. Would definitely not recommend applying your children here. And definitely will not be coming back.

Paid $150 for myself by spouse and my three kids to have a good evening ended up waiting in line or over an hour to ride the go-karts when the place is almost empty, bare minimum staff to have the doors open. I feel like I just wasted $150 and 2 hours of my life waiting in line to get nowhere and nothing for it's not even a good experience. Called and left a message for management while I'm supposed to be enjoying the evening only two not even you have my phone call answered go figure that horrible Place horrible experience

Its was great, kids had fun and so did the adults. So many different activities to do, including ones I haven't seen at other adventure parks. The staff is nice, they keep it clean and practice safe social distancing. I would highly recommend it.
