A very pleasant experience compared to the car dealership; by phone or in person, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. They finished the job (ball joints and tie rods) ahead of time--unheard of! Their shuttle service is an added bonus. I felt very confident about the work they did on my auto.
We did our homework and got estimates from multiple shops in town. Not only was this shop the best value but they were very personable and we wanted to support someone besides the big names in town. I'm very glad we went with this decision. The front desk staff kept us informed throughout the process and made us feel welcomed every time we stopped in with questions or paperwork. My family will be using Arizona Automotive and Radiator Repair in the future for any repairs or services we may need.
