I came into the dealership in a couple of days ago to look at a hard to find Toyota Tundra. I had spotted the vehicle online and called a Salesman Eric who was super friendly on the phone. I live more than an hour away from the dealership and they were more than happy to hold the vehicle for me to come and take a look. Eric help me with the test drive went over the truck and made a reasonable offer on my trade-in and gave me a good price on the purchase. The next day he delivered the truck to my house over an hour away from the dealership. Very enjoyable experience Eric was phenomenal. I also have to say I was very impressed with the fact that the dealership does not charge bogus fees for things such as blinking rear brake lights, nitrogen in tires, additional cost for tinted windows, window etching and all those other fees that a lot of other dealerships try to add on to the cost of the vehicle

Ryn Nabeeh is worth going to this dealership alone. Smooth process and very helpful. Not pushy at all. Talked numbers over the phone and the process in the dealership was great.

We live in Tucson and were looking for a new 4runner. Sierra Vista Toyota had the perfect one available for us. We were able to negotiate a very reasonable price via email (hard to be certain, but I think we got a good deal!) Once the price was settled we were able to put down a deposit and come to the dealership on the weekend. From taking the vehicle for a test drive, and settling the finances, we were done with the whole process in just a couple hours. Lynn Burns was the sales rep we worked with. He was easy to work with and got most of our paperwork processed and answered all of our big questions before we even arrived. He made the process quite pleasant and not too stressful! Overall had a great experience with Sierra Toyota and would highly recommend.

I helped my sister buy a new Corolla here and she had a great experience. Ry'n and the dealership were honest and straightforward. The drive out price they quoted on the internet was hundreds less than the Tucson dealerships and they followed through without trying to add anything at closing. They didn't push extended warranties and the car wasn't loaded with overpriced dealer options. This was her first time buying new and she was treated very well. The next time I am in the market for a new car I will definitely have Sierra quote a price and see if it is worth driving down from Tucson.

Very professional service. A bit pricey but given Toyota's reputation for standing behind their work I consider it worth the price charged. I had a 1993 Toyota Tercel years ago and Toyota basically rebuilt the engine, donated the parts necessary under their Good Neighbor policy (not sure if that's the exact title of the program) and charged me NOTHING for their courtesy. That bought my loyalty to this day.
