Lori was excellent. ( service department ) I came in on Wednesday 11 November to look at trading in my car. The sales people were not very helpful. When I came in for my oil change I said something to her about trading it in, And she hooked me up with David another salesman which was very helpful
Great customer service. Prompt on time for my appointment. Everything accomplished on my car's service. Reasonable charges. Very comfortable with Covid precautions in waiting area! And, Joe was exceptional helping me. My to-go-to dealership for my Hyundai Santa Fe!!

Everything was fixed in a timely manner. We were given the quote and it ended up being a little cheaper, which is always great. Customer service was wonderful as usual.
Unfortunately I made an appointment over the phone and whoever was on the other end never actually, physically scheduled it in their books. I drove two hours out of my way and when I got there and they we not expecting me they still did everything. They were very kind and reasonably quick. I needed tire rotations, an oil change, a shifter replaced, and I was there for a recall on some type of rubbing A/C hose. Anyways, it was a lot of work in my opinion and they got it all done in under two hours, even when they weren’t expecting me! :)
My faith in the Lawley name is restored. Just test drove the used Charger Hellcat and Challenger T/A they have on the lot. Both are monsters but it was the no pressure approach I received from the sales floor (thanks Jacob) and the straight forward financing quote I received from Tom that will have me returning for a purchase. Thank you and I’ll see you soon.
