Both Tom and Eddie from the service department were very thorough in informing me what would be done with my car to bring it back to top working condition. I'd also recommend "The Works" detailing (Kenny does an amazing job). Is it cheap? Nope. But as my late mother said, 'you get what you pay for'. My 12 year old car has NEVER looked so good! I'd recommend them to anyone who asked.

I called Lawley's Ford/KIA service department to get our 2020 KIA Sedona vans in for a recall on the alternator terminal. I was expecting to get an automated machine telling me different options to get a hold of the service department but yet to my surprise, I was greeted by an actual live person which is nice for a change. They got me connected to the service department where I was greeted by John Thomas and he was able to get us an appointment very quickly which was a surprise because usually you get placed at the back of the line when it comes to warranty and recalls. They were able to get both vans in at the same time and get them washed and back to us within 1 hour which just made our day. Thanks Lawley's! The rest of the dealerships should be looking to you for advice as you are hands down the best!

I always hate going into dealerships to buy a car. I expected the same experience that I pretty much get at any dealership. For the most part it was but it was also different in many ways. The car sales people don’t earn commissions so they definitely were not pushy or in a hurry to sell the first vehicle I tested. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and personable. I was looking for a pick-up truck and they made sure I found the exact one I wanted. Negotiations went well and I left the dealership very happy with the deal. The next morning the truck did not start due to a bad battery. I jumped it and went to work. While at work, I called the dealership and they were very urgent in wanting to help me out. They came to my work and picked up the truck (after another jump start) and took it to the dealership where they installed a new battery for free. They then brought the truck back to me. Excellent customer service! That’s enough to recommend them to anyone.

These guys were awesome at helping get the best car I needed and wanted. I didn’t feel pushed at all. I was straight up when I said no to a certain and Damian was awesome with bringing a new car to check out. I got my Kia Rio. I’m in love with it. These guys are awesome with helping as much as possible and very in detail with explaining everything to you. I highly recommend!

Bought my latest pickup here. Sales team was really great and I'd go back to them again. I think it made a difference for me because I knew what I wanted when I went there. However, I definitely got a good deal on my trade in and purchase. No buyers remorse.
