Great storage company to work with. They do not answer their phone but emails were always responded within a timely manner if not immediate. Their automatic payment system and gate code system worked great! I would definitely use them again.
This company really deserves a zero.nGets no star.nnService is non-existent. They will never pick up any calls, you will have to leave a message every time, and they will return your call by an email. I never missed a payment but did forget to lock my unit one time. I remembered a few days later and went back and all my stuff was missing. Eventually after numerous messages and voicemails got a hold of Jennifer. when asked why there was no phone call or even an email to me before they removed my items from a PAID IN FULL unit the response was basically read your contract, its not our problem and its not our policy...really? I did eventually get my items back from the company. Filed a police report on this company but law enforcement stated it was civil matter due to the rental contract. There are much better service oriented companies in this business if you check around.
Clean, secure and prompt. Relatively cheap and better than other places that aren't as cheap. Recommend to anyone. Easy to rent and very fast. Must have a debit.
I guess standards of cleanliness can vary these days... never did I imagine that clean would be covered in saw dust, dirt, and debris...
