I've needed their services 3 times over the past 6-7 years and have had great experiences every time.
I have gone to the Body Shop twice now. I had dented my wife's 2016 Mini Countryman fender. Joe's team fixed it within a week; I can't even tell the car had an issue! The second time was to fix a restoration job-gone-wrong from another shop on my 1990 BMW 325i. They ordered the right parts, fixed issues with the paint that I thought were beyond fixing and managed to get it done in under budget! The body shop is a great business to deal with. If I hit my wife's car again, I'm taking it to Joe and his team...
Rant!!!! I called before hand to get a quote for repairs and had a appointment when I went in for my estimate no one could help me told me to wait around for some one to show up to help me. sorry I don't have the time to wait around for some one to try to help me ill take my business else where.
Had a Chrysler Aspen and hit a deer and they did a great job on the repair I just wished I would have had them paint the other side of my car as it has Arizona pin strip.
Recently had a total job done on my SUV. They did a great job and really easy to work with!
