Food is always great. However, when i asked for deals on carryout, I was told the family box with cheese or bread sticks, wings or pasta, was 21.99nnJust fir another associate to come and say, well.. you chose this and this so now its 25.00?? Um.. no jerk.. i was OFFERED THE CHOICES UNDER THE COUPON DEAL.nnSo.. little angry about that.
Nothing like having to reheat your food. Food was dropped off on front porch without a knock at the when delivered. Food sat outside for 30 minutes in the cold. Screw this place.
we ordered a pizza and breadsticks with no cheese. Pizza and breadsticks both were covered in parmesan, which we can't eat. They refused to remake our order or give us our money back. They claim no restaurant gives refunds on food or will remake an order that was not made correctly (?) And would only offer a voucher that needed to be used in 30 days. Pretty poor service, especially considering how expensive the pizza was. Will be going to Glass Nickel next time...they always have great service.
One of the last great Pizza Huts,take out only for now, call ahead usually about 20 minutes
Been ordering from Pizza Hut Kaukauna for years...never again! Person who finally answered phone had no clue...asked for manager she was rude. Ended up canceling order. Very disappointing..Don’t waste your timeud83dude21
