Ordered 2 subs today online from the Kaukauna shop just up the street. We had not been notified 45 minutes later that it was ready, so we drove over.nnAt the kiosk, we said that we were picking up, but instead of bringing the bag outside, we were told to follow the car in front of us that had just placed a large order. So, we did, and waited another 15 minutes.nnAfter they handed the bag to us, the online app still did not have a notification that it was ready.nnWhy can't they use notifications? Who knows.nWhy couldn't they just bring it outside in 70 degree weather? Who knows.nWhy did we wait over an hour for 2 subs? Who knows.nnI was pretty aggravated, and we will NEVER go to this place again.

Just had delivery. It was very fast and everything was fresh and delicous. This is my favorite Jimmy Johns!

For the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks, they delivered to the wrong address. It seems they know I live in the next town over but they still can't read a map. When I called, the mgr sort of laughed it off, while the 1st time she practically accused me if defrauding them. I told I was done with them and I could tell, she co cared less.

50/50 chance of getting your order right. what's the point of putting the name of who it's for if they cant even be bothered to put the numbers on the sandwiches when theres more than one? dont ask for the bread to be taken out because it probably wont happen and apparently cutting a child's sandwich in half is too much to ask for. You want your sandwich customized? lol depends on the day of the week if it will actually happen.
