Received a recall notice from Toyota. Everyone was professional and friendly. Repairs were made in timely fashion. They gave me a voucher for a Carwash in town. Their service center was clean and neat as it always is. COVID Precautions were being taken as well. Always a pleasant experience here.
Sierra Toyota has been my Prius's go to repair and maintenance shop for two years. They have always been helpful, efficient, and informative. Currently they offer a pick up and delivery service that I truly appreciate.

Appointments can be hard to come by as they go quickly. Wished they could stay open later daily or even weekends. Mid day appointments can be inconvenient to owners who still work. I don't think Tucson dealerships have this problem.
