We paid to have a lack of power from the motor service completed. All new wires were installed. The service did not work. We Returned with the same concern this time they identified corrosion on the battery wire connection. The First bill was over a thousand dollars. Now they want to charge for new battery, connection wires and labor.... very poor knowledge on identifying a problem and ownership lacks customer service skills... I will be notifying Minnkota in hopes they find a new service center.nnAfter our first posting I received a call from Anchor Marine to discuss my dissatisfaction. Both parties came to a better understanding of this required repair of a corroded fuse that cause a battery to fail. The corrosion on the fuses should have been part of the first repair. Anchor Marine has now reimbursed 100 percent of what was charged for the new batter.

I am Very Happy with the quality of work and the price they charged to fix my Yamaha motor on my Ranger boat. I had my boat at 3 different places and they told me that the motor needed the power head to be replaced. Rick and his team took my boat in and did a OUTSTANDING JOB, it runs perfect !!! Rick at Anchor Marine is very AWESOME to deal with and his son who is a Master Mechanic on Yamahas did a GREAT JOB at a GREAT PRICE. I highly recommend them for any boat repairs you may need.nTHANK YOU ANCHOR MARINE !!!!!
