OTR driver, the lady in the office was nice and was happy and laughing through the check in process on the phone, my appointment was at 12PM and got here 8:15AM and took me right away and gave me a door which i wasn't expecting be cause of the negative reviews but i gave shot, no major traffic and the space to back in is enough for anyone, i was out at 8:51AM
Between 2 to 4 hours to be loaded
Not impressed..nNobody leaves dock for hrs..nGotta wait till one pulls out to back in.nWellnNobody is leaving.
