I would give a negative 10 based on the manager Jennifer who does not return phone calls and only communicates by email. She is rude and very unprofessional. The storage areas are not well maintained and when there is a problem it is delayed and if you complain they lock you out. I would steer clear of them for any storage especially if you are storing anything that could be ruined due to water in the unit.
Clean facilities, and fair prices. The property managers are nice and responsive if you do have an issue.
Don't fall for the name. There's no apples just people's junk
It says gated storage but half of the fence is gone after their expansion... been that way for a while so doubt its due to construction... easy access to any site without going through the key gate.
It’s a storage unit and your stuff is safe there
