this place deserves 5 stars, hands down. I came in and asked for some help making a father's day gift, because my retired Army father just buys whatever he wants whenever he decides he wants it (typical dad move). I told him my idea, wrote down the words, he showed me what award it would go well on, and later that day I had a call that my order was ready. father's day is only a few days away, and he said he thought I might have to mail it so he wanted me to get it ASAP. i'm SO thankful, this is the first gift in my adult life that I really feel proud of and I know my dad will love it. THANK YOU SO MUCH MVP!!!
Beautiful, Expedient work! I needed a plaque done for a dedication on post. My timeline was cutting it close, not only did he meet the deadline, but he exceed it. Pricing was perfect! He is definitely not into ripping you off or anything like that. The plaque he made for us was bronze and beautifully done. It included the hardware to hang it. Again, amazing work. Beyond thrilled with his communication and professionalism. The owner definitely is patient and knows what he is doing.
Bottom Line:
- Sub par quality merchandise
- Poor customer service
- Only vendor in Sierra Vista (better luck going online)
Took item from store direct to post office and shipped in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Arrived in multiple pieces and owner unwilling to accommodate or assume any responsibility. Elementary type business...
