Wonderful folks. Called about an item with limited availability that was on sale. Not only did they hold the item for me for several days, but they were able to discount it further with a military discount. Very friendly and helpful on the phone, bright and helpful in person also. Wonderful. I've also had luck buying fishing items here. Good spot!
Went here on Black Friday. Was greeted almost immediately by a sales associate he helped my daughter and I locate everything we came in for. They were well staffed and stocked. Plenty of cashiers. They even helped us load the larger items into our vehicle. Thank you Big 5 I will be back !!
Got the help I needed. Our salesperson was very patient, let us try different cots before purchasing them. Highly recommend.
Even though they did not carry what I was looking for,they were kind enough to give me names of other places to check out that might have the item I needed.
I don’t even know why I bother coming here. They never have anything in stock. Their shoes are all 10 years old. In the rare occurrence you do find something, you can’t try it on because of COID-19 restrictions, because going in an enclosed dressing room is so much riskier than walking around the store. This is the last time I’m walking in this store again. It is a complete waste of time. I will resort to going online and shopping for sportswear going forward. On a side note, the employees working at the store are pretty friendly but they are powerless to do anything about it.
