Very nice and helpful cashiers
It was horrible! They only had 2 cashiers and the line was really long. We politely asked if they could call someone from the back to help and the young lady at the cash register just laughed and shook her head. The gentleman in front of us set all his things down and said he didn't have time for this. We waited about 15 more minutes (she was purposely going very slow) and then decided the wait was too long as well. We left all our items (probably $150 worth) and left as well. As we were leaving she very sarcastically and loudly said "have a great night" and started laughing again. I've been a loyal Ross customer for a very long time, but I will never shop there again. Very disappointing to be treated so disrespectfully.
Found the best pair of boots! Finally, I love them. Plus warm weather pull overs!
Great inventory. Great prices. Just need more than 1 or 2 cashiers. Especially for weekends
