Is this a hat store or a second mortage dealer. They are just hats, why do they cost so much!
Literally the best customer service you could ever expect at a retail store. They're friendly, they are sincerely there to help find the perfect hat. They just got an embroidery machine a couple months ago, and they can customize anything. I went in looking for a Pats hat, didn't have my size in stock, but they found dozens available from their warehouse. Got four of them shipped to my house in less than a week.
The staff is nice, as other have posted. The issue is their variety. As a national retailer, you'd think they'd sell merchandise for a champion in national sports (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.). They don't. The World Series just concluded, but they will not be selling items for the series winner. What kind of national outlet does that?
